Paula Iverson Sharpe This was the sale at our home a few weeks ago. My husband and I decided that it was time to downsize. For those of you that have done that, you will totally understand what a daunting task it is. We decided that an Estate Sale was the way to go as we have full time jobs and very little free time. We did our research and interviewed many companies. Michelle from Say-Chelles came to our home and we were immediately sold based on our initial impression of her energy and passion for her business. I am writing this review to save you time. Forget about interviewing different companies...You could skip all that research and hire MIchelle. Our Estate sale is over....the money order for the proceeds was hand delivered (SHE LIVES AN HOUR AWAY!!)with a nice bottle of wine. We are so impressed with the way Michelle handled our sale, always respectful of our belongings and a negotiating the best prices for our unwanted items. Our proceeds far exceeded our expectations. At the end of the sale MIchelle and her team cleaned out our house, donated items where appropriate and took many large items that didn't sell for a future on line or live sale auction that will bring us future sales. Michelle is one of the hardest working girls that I have ever met and will do what it takes to "get it done"..We could not have been any happier with our choice to hire her and would highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed :)

Michelle is the ultimate professional and astute auctioneer who is knowledgeable and trustworthy. She handled the estate sale and auction for a close friend and did a fantastic job. Her knowledge of antiques and collectibles proved very valuable and her pricing technique is on point.
